Framed Paper Snowflakes

I have some new pieces. I call them 'Paper Snowflakes'- perfect for the onset of Winter. They are folded from several pieces of Japanese paper, then little geometric cutouts are scattered throughout. Once they it is formed it then sits on top of impasto covered dot. It really looks effective! I have some at the framers at the moment being framed in Hot Pink and Sky Blue. Can't wait to have more to show and to have them styled in a shoot. It's lovely to have new work!

So what's been happening in Lumiere Art + Co's world? I am very pleased to announce that one of our favorite stockists in Melbourne, Crate Expectations has three of my cushions styles now available for sale online! Pretty Linen Teatowels- Limited Print Run

Lace, doilies, linen and colour. What I consider the perfect ingredients to make an indulgent little edition to any kitchen! Wish my Nana could see these. She would love them. 

Sometimes I mix too much ink and run out of linen squares when I'm printing my cushions, these teatowels solved that problem! I have been printing a lot lately so I have a few available however, I wont be doing these forever. 

Perfect for Mother's Day. Available in tangerine, pea green, hot pink, mauve, yellow, aqua and blue.

It's a wrap from Life Instyle

This little stand was Lumiere Art + Co's space at the most recent Life Instyle, Sydney. Proudly I can now say all my orders are ready to post and settle around 30 of Australia's cutest Homewares and Lifestyle stores. My stockist list is now updated, I'm now ready to start my new collection! 

The Design Files

I'm very excited to featured TODAY on The Design Files. The photos and styling look incredible. The print that is the 'Giveaway' is called a Sailor's Knot and is an AP, an 'artist's proof'. This is the only print currently available in this design. I still don't know if I'll do an edition of this design. I made a bit of a mistake with its price, all my Mandala prints are actually $240 + GST.
